key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
conduct cold calling and follow-up with potential clients regarding housing and property services.
explain product features, project details, and benefits effectively to customers.
maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call volume goals.
record customer details, requirements, and feedback in crm systems.
coordinate with the sales and marketing team to enhance lead conversion.
maintain professionalism, politeness, and persistence in communication.
