Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential qualities. Previous experience in telesales or sales roles is preferred, along with a solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. A 10th-grade education is required.
