We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate candidates for Assistant Relationship Officer Role.

Responsibilities

ARO will be responsible for driving sales by developing communication with the customer over the phone and email.

The candidate should understand the customer's requirements and able to offer the best product to the customer and close the deal.

Should become the link between company and customers and help customers in getting the queries

resolved on time.

Candidates have to keep records of Customer calls and sales and take notes regarding all the useful informations and maintain the database.

The candidate should be ready to go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Requirements

Minimum months to 1-year experience required in outbound sales.

Must have knowledge in dealing with online sales.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Can interact with customers of diverse backgrounds and possess relationship-building Skills.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the internet.

Possess excellent communication skills- Written and Verbal.

Can comfortably interact with the customers on call and mails.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Track customer feedback for continuous improvement and converting them into action plans.

Willing to work at Noida Location.

Qualification Any Graduation

Experience : 0 - 3 Years
