As a Telemarketer, You Will Play a Pivotal Role in Our Company's Sales and Marketing Efforts. Your Primary Responsibility Will Be to Engage Potential Customers Over the Phone and Promote Our Products or Services. this Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Persistence, and a Goal-oriented Mindset.

key Responsibilities:

1. conduct Outbound Calls to Potential Customers from Provided Leads or Databases.

2. introduce and Explain Our Products or Services to Prospects.

3. build and Maintain a Positive and Professional Rapport with Customers.

4. identify and Qualify Sales Leads By Probing and Asking Relevant Questions.

5. address Any Questions or Concerns Potential Customers May Have.

6. maintain Accurate and Detailed Records of Conversations and Outcomes in the Crm System

qualifications

1. previous Telemarketing or Sales Experience is Preferred But Not Mandatory.

2. strong Verbal Communication and Active Listening Skills.

3. persuasive and Confident Phone Presence.

4. ability to Handle Rejection Professionally and Maintain a Positive Attitude.

5. basic Computer Skills and Familiarity with Crm Software is a Plus.

6. goal-driven and Motivated to Achieve and Exceed Targets.

7. high School Diploma or Equivalent; Higher Education May Be Advantageous.
