Fresher - Hiring For Telecom Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- LAN cable laying and RJ45 termination

- OFC laying (Overhead / Underground) and basic fiber splicing

- Installation & configuration of routers, switches, access points

- CCTV installation (DVR/NVR/IP cameras)

- OTDR testing, power meter testing, LAN testing

- Troubleshooting broadband and leased line (ILL) issues

- Daily reporting and documentation

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Cat6 & OFC laying (OH, UG & IBD)

- Basic understanding of IP addressing and networking

- Ability to use OTDR, crimping tool, LAN tester, etc.

- Willingness for pole climbing and ladder work

- Good communication skills

- Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory). (4-Wheeler licence will be an added advantage)

Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / Computer Networking / Telecom)

- 1-5 years of relevant field experience
