Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects to promote our products and services. The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Making outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects to promote our products and services.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made and received.

Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to persuade and influence customers to buy products or services.

Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complaints and difficult customers.

Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, and Google Sheets.
