Objective:

Can make calls to the individuals to help them understand to provide the necessary information required from them. An effective telecaller representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Addressing individual queries and giving suggestions on time

Prepare the list of calls made by the executive and share the same with larger team

Studying the details of each offering and remaining alongside of updates to these offerings

Noting important details of each conversation and communicating the same with the team

Requirements:

Graduate Any Specialization

Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar

On hand experience of working with Google sheets/ Microsoft excel

Should have up to the mark communication skills Fluent in English
