we are urgently hiring telecaller & visa counsellor we are looking for smart and energetic candidates.

fresher & experienced both can apply.

role & responsibilities

making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

• to counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like canada, australia, europe, usa, uk & many more.

• counselling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries.

• convert leads to admissions.

• handling the walk-in, telephonic & email inquiries.

• fix appointments for counsellors and generate walk-in.

• following up on the prospective students over the phone.

• studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

• coordinating with the operations department from time to time for the student's case proceedings.

• follow-up on the leads till registration.

• attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

skills and experience:-

• proficient in communication and interpersonal skills. .

• excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
