URGENTLY HIRING TELECALLER WITH MIN QUALIFICATION OF 12TH PASS.

Preference will be given to FEMALE candidates.

Calls prospective customers/donors by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems,

and other telecommunications technologies.

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Make telephone calls to prospects.

Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.

Maintain confidentiality.

Record details of opportunities and lead notes.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Must have excellent Communication Skills, strong telephone manner.

Convincing Power.

Fluent in English.

Should be able to work with a Team.
