Roles and Responsibilities:

ï‚· Providing proactive customer outreach

ï‚· Handling customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

ï‚· Collecting and analyzing customer feedback

ï‚· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

ï‚· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

ï‚· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

ï‚· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

ï‚· Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills Required:

ï‚· Excellent communication and presentation skills (Language required- English)

ï‚· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

ï‚· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

ï‚· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
