? selling personal loan / credit card on phone of various banks and nbfcs.

? make outbound calls.

? ability to learn about product and explain them to customers.

? must be able to clarify about the product to the customer.

? constantly meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets

? need to coordinate with supervisor/ team manager.

? maintains database.

? achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and old customers.

qualification and skills: -

? ug, graduate (in any stream).

? 6 months to 2 yrs telesales/telecalling (preferred in banking sector).

? enthusiastic and motivated personality with good communication skills.
