BPO Telecaller

Job Description:-

? Selling Personal Loan / Credit Card on phone of various banks and NBFCs.

? Make outbound calls.

? Ability to learn about product and explain them to customers.

? Must be able to clarify about the product to the customer.

? Constantly meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets

? Need to coordinate with Supervisor/ Team Manager.

? Maintains database.

? Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and old customers.

Qualification and Skills: -

? UG, Graduate (in any stream).

? 6 months to 2 Yrs telesales/telecalling (Preferred in Banking Sector).

? Enthusiastic and motivated personality with good communication skills.

Salary : - Rs. /- to Rs. /- (CTC).
