ob experience: 1-4 years in Skin care clinic or Medical Telecalling
Responsibilities:
• Providing customers with information on services, treatments & offers
• Converting patients and scheduling for appointments
• Cross selling skills
• Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
• Identifying customer needs
• Taking customer calls and solving queries
• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
• Training will be provided
• Basic computer knowledge.
Schedule:
• Comfortable to work from 11:00AM to 08:00PM
• Day shift (Tuesdays off)
