responsibilities of telecaller:-

1. inform client about the visa process.

2. calling and follow up with prospectus clients to come office to understand the immigration/ visa process give details of the company and promoting the company.

3. generate leads that develop into new client.

4. identify client's needs and convince the client to buy the process.

5. gain comprehensive process knowledge and clarify information wherever required
