Providing counselling to clients

Lead Generation and Conversions

Maintaining Database

Follow ups of Leads/ Data and converting to sales , etc.

Expand recruitment channels, publish recruitment information, screen candidate resumes, arrange and follow up interviews, and achieve recruitment targets.

HR process operation a. responsible for handling employee severance interviews and separation process work.
