key responsibilities:

– make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and secure sales or follow-up appointments.

– build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-ups.

– address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

– maintain and update the crm system with relevant details for each interaction.

– achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.

requirements:

– education: undergraduate (ug) degree.

– experience: freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

– skills required:

– excellent verbal communication in [language(s) specific to the role].

– strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude.

– basic knowledge of ms office (excel, word) and familiarity with crm software is a plus.
