Telecaller - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and energetic female Telecaller to join our team in Salem. This role involves making calls to potential customers, promoting our products, and assisting them with any queries. The ideal candidate should be a 12th-grade pass with 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Engage with potential customers to introduce our products and services, ensuring a clear and positive communication experience.

- Follow-Up on Leads: Contact leads to gauge interest and provide additional information, helping to convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain Customer Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of interactions for future reference and to track progress.

- Answer Customer Queries: Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing customer satisfaction.
