Telecaller Executives will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. They will be expected to maintain accurate records and efficiently manage their time to meet quotas and targets.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
• Ability to learn and comprehend product knowledge and effectively communicate with customers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi
