we are seeking highly motivated and results-driven telecallers to join our team. as a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products/services, answer queries, and resolve issues. if you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

_key responsibilities:_

- make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services

- answer customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

- meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales performance

- collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives

- stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

_requirements:_

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- proficiency in english and hindi (additional languages a plus)

- graduation or equivalent required; degree preferred
