_Job Title:_ Telecaller

_Job Summary:_

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products/services, answer queries, and resolve issues. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

_Key Responsibilities:_

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services

- Answer customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales performance

- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

_Requirements:_

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)

- Graduation or equivalent required; degree preferred
