Interview For Telecaller || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and friendly female Telecaller to join our team from the comfort of their home in Patna, India. This part-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed at least their 10th grade and are eager to learn about customer communication and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Calls: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively to explain our products or services.

2. Handling Inquiries: Answer questions from customers about our offerings, addressing concerns and providing information to help them make decisions.

3. Maintaining Records: Keep detailed notes of conversations and customer interactions in our database. This helps ensure we track all inquiries properly.

4. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential leads to convert them into actual customers. Persistence and tact are essential in this role.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure goals and targets are met. Sharing feedback can lead to improvements in our sales strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and record keeping. Being persuasive and having a positive attitude will be advantageous. You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
