Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a tele-caller for customer care.

Excellent communication skills.(Preferred)

Computer and Tally knowledge must.(Preferred)

Candidate should be good in Hindi, English & Gujarati or any region language.

1) Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2) Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

3) Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.

4) Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

5) Calling active or new customers to encourage the purchase of items
