we are looking for a telecaller who will be responsible for handling client communication through calls and emails, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure business growth. the ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of email drafting, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services/products.
send professional emails to clients and prospects to share company information, proposals, and offers.
generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-up records in crm/excel.
follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
handle inbound queries from clients and provide accurate information.
coordinate with the sales/marketing team to achieve targets.
build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication.
requirements:
proven experience as a telecaller / telemarketer / customer service representative.
excellent verbal and written communication skills (english & hindi preferred).
basic knowledge of email drafting (gmail/outlook) and ms office/google sheets.
ability to generate leads and maintain follow-ups systematically.
good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
qualification:
graduate (preferred)
experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales support will be an added advantage
