- Contact individuals by telephone to ask for donation.

- Obtain donor information.

- Addressing donor queries.

- Donor follow up and feedback post initial communication.

- Record donors transaction details of the donation made online.

- Schedule appointments for donation collection.

- Fresher welcome. Prior experience in tele-calling/ NGO would be an added advantage
