Job Description:
We are hiring Telecallers for Digital Marketing and Website Solutions Sales. Your primary role will be to connect with potential clients via phone calls, explain Skorasoft's services, generate leads, and arrange appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided data.
Explain Skorasofts services: Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Branding Solutions.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on interested clients via call, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Handle basic inquiries and provide service-related information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer outreach is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus but not mandatory.
