### **Job Description:**

We are looking for a **Tele Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

* Make outbound calls to leads/customers from the given database.

* Explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently.

* Convert potential leads into customers through effective persuasion.

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

* Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales status.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Follow up with interested leads and maintain client relationships.

### **Requirements:**

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].

* Prior experience in tele sales, BPO, or customer service is a plus.

* Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
