key responsibilities:

make outbound calls: initiate phone calls to potential customers or leads from a provided list.

customer engagement: engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.

product or service promotion: promote and explain the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company.

sales and lead generation: achieve sales targets by persuading customers to make a purchase, subscribe, or take desired actions. generate leads and provide qualified leads to the sales team.

data collection: conduct surveys, gather customer feedback, and update customer information in the company's database.

product knowledge: maintain a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value to customers.

compliance: adhere to all applicable regulations, including do-not-call lists, telemarketing rules, and customer privacy regulations.
