a tele marketing executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. a candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service. to be able to provide the best tele calling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering.
responsibilities:
• answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using data base.
• collect the data base from internet and maintain separate excel sheet for daily leads.
• obtaining customer information and other relevant data. ( eb bill number or eb amount paying details )
• asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• give solutions to the customer why the product needed.
• convert the calls to appointment calls for field marketing.
• taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
• regular follow-ups to the customer is much needed.
