Job Description: We are seeking a Tele Counsellor Executive (Female) with excellent communication and convincing skills to be the first point of contact for interested candidates. The role involves maintaining communication records, daily work reports, and managing the MIS (in Excel Or Google Sheet) and database effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Establish initial contact with potential candidates in English, Hindi

- Provide first-line contact for interested Client

- Maintain daily work reports of inquiries and follow-ups.

- Manage the MIS and database efficiently.

Provide information about ISO Certification & ISO Services and address Requirement /inquiries effectively.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and interactions.

Working Days : Monday To Friday ( Time - AM to PM) & Sat ( Time AM To )

Requirements:

- Any Graduate.

- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position.

- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
