Handle incoming inquiries from students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about universities, courses, admission processes, and visa requirements.

• Counsel students over the phone to understand their educational and career aspirations, guiding them accordingly.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential students.

• Coordinate with the admission and documentation teams to ensure a smooth application process.
