As Customer Support Associate you shall be entrusted to call Verified (No Cold call)

Received by company to Explain our Process and assist them in fulfilling their Requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible For Creating process Awareness And Customer Support.

Multiple Bank Credit Card & Personal Loan .

Effective utilization of leads and Maintain a positives and healthy conversion rate.

Exceptional Communication Skills.

Have a good Understanding of the Products being Sold and Ensure Proper Handling of all Queries raised during the call.

Make Sales Pitch according to the customer behaviour and requirements.

Maintaining Various Reports related to Calls and Inquiries Generated.

Process: Domestic Voice Process

Required Languages: Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada.

Salary Package: ,500

Shift Timing: 10:00am to 6:30pm

Tamil Voice Process:

Salary CTC: ,500

Shift Timing: 9 am to 6 pm / to pm / to pm / 10:30am to 7:30pm
