*as customer support associate you shall be entrusted to call verified (no cold call)

received by company to explain our process and assist them in fulfilling their requirement.

key responsibilities:

*responsible for creating process awareness and customer support.

* multiple bank credit card & personal loan .

* effective utilization of leads and maintain a positives and healthy conversion rate.

* exceptional communication skills.

* have a good understanding of the products being sold and ensure proper handling of all queries raised during the call.

* make sales pitch according to the customer behaviour and requirements.

* maintaining various reports related to calls and inquiries generated.

process: domestic voice process

required languages: tamil / telugu / malayalam / kannada.

salary package: ,500

shift timing: 10:00am to 6:30pm

tamil voice process:

salary ctc: ,500

shift timing: 9 am to 6 pm / to pm / to pm / 10:30am to 7:30pm
