**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Conduct Outbound Calls:** Make calls to potential customers, informing them about our products and services while gathering their responses.
- **Follow-up on Leads:** Reach out to leads generated from marketing efforts, ensuring they are engaged and interested in our offerings.
- **Record Customer Interactions:** Maintain accurate records of each call and update customer information in our database.
- **Address Customer Queries:** Answer any questions from customers clearly and patiently, providing them with the necessary information they seek.
- **Achieve Monthly Targets:** Work towards and meet assigned sales or appointment-setting targets to contribute to team goals.
