**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential and existing clients to share information about our products or services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

- **Provide Information:** Listen carefully to customer inquiries and provide accurate information, ensuring that all questions are answered thoroughly and professionally.

- **Maintain Records:** Keep track of customer interactions and document calls in the system to provide valuable insights for future follow-ups and analyze responses.

- **Follow Up:** After initial calls, follow up with clients to nurture leads and encourage them to make a purchase or engage with our services.

- **Work on Targets:** Assist in meeting daily or weekly call targets set by the management, contributing positively to the team's overall performance.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to engage customers in a friendly manner. A basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service is beneficial. Candidates should also be able to work independently and manage their time effectively. Computer proficiency is essential for maintaining records and utilizing calling software. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
