We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team who will assist in reaching out to potential customers and promoting our services. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Make Outbound Calls:** Regularly contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services, ensuring you communicate clearly and effectively.
- **Respond to Inquiries:** Handle incoming questions and queries from customers, providing them with accurate information and assistance.
- **Maintain Customer Database:** Update and manage customer records in our database to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups.
- **Generate Leads:** Identify potential customers by researching and gathering information to create a pool of leads for future outreach.
- **Follow Up:** Check back with interested customers to answer any additional questions and encourage them to consider our services.
Required skills and expectations include a minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in telecalling or customer service. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and should be able to engage customers effectively. A high level of patience and a friendly demeanor are essential to handle customer interactions with care. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management software will be advantageous. A candidate should be self-motivated and organized, capable of managing their time efficiently while working from home. A minimum education of 12th grade is required for this role.
