Telecaller Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to contribute to our sales and customer service efforts. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our loan products, and assisting them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to potential clients from the provided leads.

Clearly explain loan products like personal loans, home loans, and loan against property.

Answer queries about loan eligibility, interest rates, and documents required.

Follow up with interested customers to complete the application process.

Maintain records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM.

Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
