Job Description:

We are hiring Telecallers to support our ongoing project with a Gas Company. The role involves calling customers from a provided list to check whether their home is ready for an LPG-to-PNG gas connection conversion, and passing on verified, ready cases to our field team.

What you'll do:

- Make outbound calls to customers from a daily list provided by the company

- Ask a short set of questions to confirm whether the required pipeline work is complete at their home

- Record the outcome of each call clearly (ready / not ready / follow-up needed) in a simple daily tracker

- Share the day's list of ready cases with the team coordinator each evening

- Re-attempt customers who couldn't be reached, and follow up on cases marked check back later

What we're looking for:

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day

- Clear spoken Hindi; basic spoken English preferred

- Polite, patient, and consistent - most calls will not result in a ready case, and that's expected

- Basic smartphone/computer comfort for logging call outcomes

- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/BPO/customer service experience is a plus

Work arrangement:

- First 1-2 weeks: in-office training to learn the calling script and reporting process

- After that: work-from-home, with a case list shared each morning and results submitted each evening
