Job Description -Sales Tele caller

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele caller / Tele Sales Officer to handle inbound and outbound calls for loan sales. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, and end-to-end support until loan approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch loan products and generate qualified leads.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.

• Follow up with customers for document collection and application completion.

• Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication tone.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidates only.

• Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills in English and local language.

• 1 to 5 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or loan sales process.

• Knowledge of various loan products like Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Project Loan, etc will be of an added Value

• Good convincing skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work under targets with enthusiasm and confidence.

Salary - 18,000 to 25,000

-Meeting daily outbound call volume targets (often 150-200+ calls/day) as a baseline qualifier to unlock incentive
