- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to incoming inquiries from potential students, parents, and clients, providing information about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities in aviation.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of prospective students.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for counseling sessions, interviews, and campus visits for interested candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating the benefits of FLYWAYY INSTITUTE's programs and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the inquiry and enrollment process.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from leads and clients to improve services and identify areas for enhancement in the admission process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to management.
