Telecaller Fresher

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade. The role involves making calls to potential clients and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Making Calls**: You will reach out to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services in a clear and friendly manner.

2. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their needs and answer any questions they may have, ensuring a positive experience.

3. **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of all calls made, noting any customer feedback and updating our database with relevant information.

4. **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-up calls with interested leads and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to achieve targets and share insights that can improve our calling strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently. A friendly attitude and patience are essential for dealing with various customer queries. Basic knowledge of computer operations is necessary for data entry tasks. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are expected, along with the willingness to learn and grow within the company.
