We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Caller to join our team in Rajpipla. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: You will make calls to a list of leads, introducing our company and offering our services to potential clients.

- Providing Information: You will answer any questions that customers may have about our products, helping to clarify details and benefits.

- Recording Customer Information: It is important to accurately note down customer feedback and data during calls, ensuring that all interactions are documented in our system.

- Following Up: After initial calls, you will follow up with potential customers to remind them of our services and check if they need further assistance.

- Meeting Targets: You will work towards achieving daily and monthly call targets set by the management to ensure productivity.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Basic Communication Skills: You need to have good verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally to customers.

- Friendly and Approachable Demeanor: A pleasant attitude is essential to create a positive experience during calls.

- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with using a computer and basic software is required for recording information and using calling systems.

- Ability to Work Independently and in a Team: You should be able to work well on your own as well as collaborate with others when necessary.
