Hiring Fresher - Telecaller - Kozhikode

Job Summary:

Foggy Mountain Adventure Park is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, promote park packages and offers, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads

Handle inbound calls regarding ticket pricing, rides, and group packages

Explain ongoing offers and special promotions

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain daily call records and booking details

Coordinate with operations for booking confirmation

Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Malayalam & English; Hindi is an added advantage)

Basic computer knowledge

Previous telecalling / sales experience preferred

Strong convincing and negotiation skills
