required skills:

excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

proven tele calling experience (preferably in the automotive sector)

strong knowledge of soft skills, grooming, and personality development

confident and energetic public speaking and presentation skills

ability to manage and engage a classroom for 4 hours

qualifications:

experience graduate in any discipline (training certifications are a plus)

prior experience in training or mentoring roles preferred
