Job Title: Telecaller - Car LoanLocation: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala1. Job ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers and generate leads for car loans.Explain car loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.Follow up with customers and collect the necessary documents.Coordinate with banking teams to process loan applications and ensure timely disbursement.Maintain regular customer follow-ups to achieve monthly business targets.2. Mandatory Monthly Target & Salary EligibilityMinimum monthly disbursement target: ₹12,00,000 (₹12 Lakhs).Achieving a minimum disbursement of ₹12 lakhs per month is mandatory for salary eligibility.Salary eligibility will be assessed based on the actual monthly loan disbursement achieved.Failure to achieve the minimum monthly target may affect salary eligibility, subject to the company's employment terms and applicable labour laws.Performance incentives will be based on business achievement and the company's incentive policy.3. Candidate RequirementsGood communication and telephone-handling skills.Basic customer service and sales skills.Freshers are welcome to apply.Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and committed to achieving monthly business goals.4.
