Telephonic For Telecaller Jobs (Freshers)

We are looking for freshers to join our team as Tele Callers. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services. You will need to engage with customers, answer their queries, and follow up on leads.

Key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls daily to generate leads, maintaining a database of potential customers, effectively communicating information about our products or services, and setting up appointments for sales representatives.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be persuasive and confident on the phone, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and be able to handle rejection positively. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, have good time management skills, and be comfortable working independently from a home office.

While prior experience is not required, a minimum education of 10th pass is necessary. This is a full-time position, and the work will be done from a home office in Greater Noida, India.
