Telecaller - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Vishrantwadi, Pune. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their communication skills and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients and customers to inform them about our products and services, ensuring clear and effective communication.

2. Collecting Feedback: Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experiences, which will help us improve our offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and any relevant information in our database to support follow-up actions.

4. Achieving Targets: Assist in meeting daily and monthly call targets by managing your time effectively and maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking on the phone. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. A proactive approach and the ability to handle rejection are essential for success in this role.
