Job Description:
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s products and services.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and making sure to offer best possible service.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Following up with clients and call back wherever required.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the team leads.
• Adaptability and accountability.
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them google sheets.
Requirements:
• Good communication and basic typing skills
• Ability to work with others in a close manner.
• Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
