Looking For Technology Architect

We are looking for a skilled Technology Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of experience in designing and implementing technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Design Technology Solutions**: Create and oversee the architecture of technology solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring they are scalable and secure.

- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and provide architectural guidance.

- **Evaluate New Technologies**: Analyze and assess emerging technologies to determine their potential benefits for the organization, making informed recommendations for integration.

- **Lead Technical Projects**: Manage technical project aspects, ensuring milestones are met and that the architecture aligns with company standards.

- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain clear documentation for architecture specifications and guidelines that can be easily understood by developers and technical staff.

- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills in technology architecture.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering () or a related field is essential.

- Strong expertise in software design, system architecture, and implementation methodologies.

- Excellent understanding of various programming languages and frameworks.

- Proven experience in cloud technologies and microservices architecture.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technology challenges.

- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
