Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, product documentation, API documentation, system operation guides, and FAQs.
Work closely with development and product teams to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
Translate technical concepts and procedures into easy-to-understand language for end users and internal staff.
Organize and write supporting documents for products, such as installation guides, configuration instructions, and release notes.
Standardize content across platforms and media.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documentation.
Update existing documentation to reflect changes in products and services.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
Experience with documentation tools such as MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Markdown.
Familiarity with version control systems (., Git) and content management systems.
Basic understanding of software development processes, APIs, and/or cloud technologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of XML, HTML, or other markup languages.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Portfolio of published work or writing samples.
