Understanding Network Architectures of Different Customers
Technical Support Need to Be Provided Over Phone, Email, Ticketing Solution, and Chat.
Taking Ownership of Technical Issues, and Working with Development Team to Resolve Issues
when Necessary.
Health Check and Monitoring of Production Environments (manual and Automated)
Participation in Providing Training to Customer On-site (pan-india and Globally)
