Support Engineer is Responsible for Providing High Quality Technical Support to Install, Setup And

manage End to End Operations of Network. Should have Good Understanding of Networking Concepts

and Eager for Hands-on Experience Setting-up and Managing Networks and Related Tools.

responsibilities Includes

Understanding Network Architectures of Different Customers

Technical Support Need to Be Provided Over Phone, Email, Ticketing Solution, and Chat.

Taking Ownership of Technical Issues, and Working with Development Team to Resolve Issues

when Necessary.

Health Check and Monitoring of Production Environments (manual and Automated)

Participation in Providing Training to Customer On-site (pan-india and Globally)

Open to Work in Different Shifts

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or It Related Field or Studied Ccna

course in a Professional Institute.

Good Communications Skills.

Knowledge Configuring Different Network Devices like Switches, Routers Etc.

Good Logical Skills and Analytical Skills.

Knowledge of Different Access Protocols of Networks.

Great Customer Interaction and Understanding Customer Issue Thoroughly.

Windows Server Operating System.

IIS Management.
