Job Description:
IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to full-fill current and forecasted requirements. Need to use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants for finding top talent in the IT Industry specifically in various IT technologies.
Responsibilities:
Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge - base to identify qualified candidates
Post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool.
Maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads.
Skills Required:
Must be strong on effective utilization of available job boards.
Expertise in sourcing profiles across various Technology skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements.
Good Exposure in Sourcing W2, Corp-2-Corp, 1099 profiles
Excellence in searching tools (Dice, Techfetch, Career builder, Monster, Professional Networking Sites, Groups or any etc.).
Experience in working with Direct Clients, Tier-I Vendors, Implementation Partners etc.
Constantly building pipeline and updating internal database.
