it recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to full-fill current and forecasted requirements. need to use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants for finding top talent in the it industry specifically in various it technologies.

responsibilities:

•utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge - base to identify qualified candidates

•post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool.

•maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads.

skills required:

•must be strong on effective utilization of available job boards.

•expertise in sourcing profiles across various technology skills.

•ability to handle multiple requirements.

•good exposure in sourcing w2, corp-2-corp, 1099 profiles

•excellence in searching tools (dice, techfetch, career builder, monster, professional networking sites, groups or any etc.).

•experience in working with direct clients, tier-i vendors, implementation partners etc.

•constantly building pipeline and updating internal database.
