Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Head to lead the technical delivery of chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, alongside experience in overseeing end-to-end delivery of chatbot or AI-driven projects. This individual will be responsible for driving the technical strategy, managing the development team, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, and liaising with stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Strategy:

€¢ Lead the technical execution and delivery of AI-powered solutions using frontend (React, AngularJS) and backend (, Python, PHP) technologies.

€¢ Define the technical roadmap, design architecture, and make critical decisions for the development and deployment of chatbots and conversational AI systems.

€¢ Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring seamless communication between the frontend, backend, and AI services.

€¢ Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams in both frontend and backend technologies.

€¢ Ensure scalability, performance, and security of all deployed solutions.

2. Project Delivery:

€¢ Manage the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring that milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and clients€™ expectations are exceeded.

€¢ Work closely with the project management team to provide clear technical timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

€¢ Act as the final point of escalation for technical challenges in the project delivery process, and facilitate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving
