Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

- Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and issues effectively.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional development teams with a focus on frontend technologies.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure team productivity and growth.

- Coordinate with design, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Technical Expertise

- Provide guidance on best practices in frontend development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend frameworks, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

- Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project updates and deliverables.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders effectively.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to organizational processes.

- Implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies.
