key responsibilities:

project management & delivery

- plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

- define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and issues effectively.

team leadership & collaboration

- lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional development teams with a focus on frontend technologies.

- foster a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure team productivity and growth.

- coordinate with design, backend, and qa teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

technical expertise

- provide guidance on best practices in frontend development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

- stay updated with the latest frontend frameworks, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

- collaborate with architects to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.

stakeholder management

- act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project updates and deliverables.

- translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

- communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders effectively.

quality assurance

- ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to organizational processes.

- implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies.
